Liwa Desert Safari is an amazing trip through Liwa, the largest oasis in Abu Dhabi which is located on the outskirts of Rub Al Khali, also known as The Empty Quarter, it is the biggest and the largest sand desert in the world that stretches between Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman and the UAE for a hundred thousand square mile. It boasts some of the most challenging sand dunes in the Middle East.

It is the best choice for an amazing experience amidst the rolling sands of Liwa desert. Liwa desert safari will provide you with the amazing dune bashing experience in a four wheeler. You also have an opportunity to discover saddle rock, ancient fossil rocks and camel rocks.

The overnight desert safari is a truly unique experience, there are dunes which rise to 300 metres in the long sprawling sand valleys that has all elements to deliver adrenalin rising desert experience that is often termed as “white water rafting of the desert”. The color of the sand is constantly changing from gold to red and is impressively striking at the beginning and end of the day.

Drive over the high dunes and cross the sandy landscapes to reach the Liwa Oasis. Keep your eyes and camera ready for a glimpse of the region’s gazelle. Your trip includes a picnic lunch in the Oasis, a visit to a camel farm and sand boarding or surfing the dunes. Our guide will set-up the camp in the middle of the desert where he will prepare a BBQ dinner while you can enjoy the tranquility of the untouched desert.

The journey back to Abudhabi after a full day of adventure rides and taking a look into the fresh water pools and palm groves illustrating Bedouin life oil era.

• Timings depends on weather and season conditon
• Safari involves off-road driving in rough terrain. Passengers with pre-existing medical conditions, especially heart aliments and back problems may be adversely affected.
• We are unable to accept passengers below 3 yrs and over 65 yrs, expectant mothers and passengers with back conditions for driving in dune bashing we can offer exclusive car and send them directly on camp, please enquire for rates

Dress Code:

In summer you are recommended light weight clothing, but extra sweaters or jackets are required for the winter season. We recommended guests to carry their own camera to take snap shots
