•    Welcome drink (non alcoholic) served upon arrival
•    Selection of canapés
•    Unlimited house beverages – mineral water, tea/coffee, soft drinks, juices, house wines and house beers
•    Red carpet welcome for you and your guests
•    Cruising duration of approximately 2 ½ hours

•    Child rate is from 5 yrs old - 11 yrs old; above 11 yrs old is adult price
•    Children below 5 years are not permitted in the restaurant
•    All other beverages which are not included in the offer will be charged as per consumption
•    Meeting point at Al Seef Road Burdubai Opposite British Embassy
•    As per the Dubai Municipality law, dancing is not allowed onboard Bateaux Dubai
•    Strictly non-smoking inside the restaurant. However, guests are welcome to smoke on the outdoor decks. For private events, the organizers can choose the venue to be smoking or non-smoking
•    For the safety of our guests, candles, gas or inflammable items are not permitted on board

• Special rates during the Public Holidays are subject to availability
• During the Holy Month of Ramadan NO Entertainment & Alcohol Drinks as per Government guidelines
• NO Entertainment & Alcohol Drinks during DRY DAYS and subject for the guidelines of DTCM
• Bank charges are applicable for using the credit card payment
• Cancellations must be notified to GoDubai prior to the scheduled tour date.
• A 10% cancellation fee is applicable if cancelled within 72-hours; 100% charge cancellation made within 24 hours prior to commencement
• In the event of non-arrival of the guest: No refund for no-shows. Cancellations made on the day itself will be charged full amount
• Rates will be subject to change without further notice

Dress Code:

Dress code for dinner cruises is smart casual or elegant. Please note that sleeveless shirts and collarless shirts, slippers, flip flops and shorts are NOT allowed on board.
